Pre-camp moment 1 in the Netherlands
Three weeks before departure we train together for the first time at Team Champ in Uithoorn. Introductions, first Muay Thai and the first purpose question. Led by Ayoub, Elnur and Jawad.

Location and accommodation in Phuket locked in
Ayoub, Elnur and Jawad came together to nail down the details. The training location and accommodation in Phuket are now fixed, with a private room, pool and air conditioning for every participant. The first participants are in and the three pre-camps in the Netherlands are being scheduled. No empty words: this camp is built step by step, with care.

Location, dates and program are set. Fourteen days of camp in Phuket, Thailand, with Muay Thai, MMA, mindset and adventure. The website went live at f4p.nl.
