// What it is

An environment with no way out.

The Fight For Purpose camp is a fourteen-day immersion in Phuket, Thailand. Two weeks packed with Muay Thai, MMA, strength training, mindset sessions and adventure, built around one goal: putting you back in control.

We work in small groups: a maximum of fourteen participants per camp. No mass event. No backseat passengers.

It is not a retreat, not a holiday, not a seminar. It is an environment where nothing protects you from yourself, and that is exactly why something changes.

What you build here (discipline, purpose, brotherhood) you take home as a new foundation.

// Who it's for

Two generations, one mission.

// F4P deliberately draws two groups. The mix is exactly what makes it strong.

// 18 to 25
The young guard

You're at the start. Plenty of energy, no direction yet. Here you build discipline, respect and confidence, alongside men who are already a good way ahead of you.

// 40 to 50
The finishers

You've built a life, but somewhere along the way you pushed yourself into the background. This is your moment to show up again: fit, sharp and with nothing to prove to anyone.

// The young ones bring fire, the over-40s bring calm. Together they lift each other up. Not sure you'd fit in? That's exactly what the intake is for.

// By the numbers

The facts.

// The four pillars

What we build.

// Pillar 01
Combat sport

Muay Thai is the engine. MMA for variety and ground work. Strength training for structure. Everyone trains, experience isn't required, commitment is.

// Pillar 02
Mindset

Evening sessions on themes like discipline, fear, identity and purpose. Guided, structured, honest. No PowerPoint, no fluffy language.

// Pillar 03
Brotherhood

Fourteen men who force each other to deliver. No spectators, no ego battles. The group is the mirror.

// Pillar 04
Adventure

Island trips, monkey islands, elephants, beach challenges. No filler, anything that disconnects or connects has its place.

// A day at camp

What a day looks like.

06:30
Wake up
Light breakfast. Quiet moment. Ready to train.
07:30
Morning training
Muay Thai, boxing or MMA in a Thai gym. Technique, conditioning, sparring.
10:00
Recovery
Massage, ice bath, sauna or pool. Not luxury, an investment in recovery.
12:30
Lunch
Nourishing, on location. Time for silence or conversation.
13:30
Beach & pool
Swim, rest, power nap. Nothing you have to do.
16:30
Second training
Strength, boxing or MMA, in the cooler late afternoon.
19:00
Dinner
Group meal. A fixed spot to sit down at the table together.
20:30
Evening session
The day's mindset: discipline, fear, identity and purpose.

// Times are indicative. The program adapts to the group and the weather.
// We plan trips and activities in the morning or after training, never in the full midday heat. Beach and pool are often part of it, and there are real rest days to recharge.

// What you really get

The difference from a holiday.

A holiday gives you rest. F4P gives you direction.

A seminar gives you insight. F4P gives you an environment that forces you to live by that insight.

A gym gives you training. F4P gives you fourteen men who are just as serious as you.

You go home with:

// A personal action plan for home (Day 14)
// A commitment statement (Day 15)
// Fourteen men who hold you to what you promised
// A foundation that stays standing once the buzz fades

Doubt later. Decide now.
